Free printable PDF
Undated and blank, so you can print it for any week. One page, Letter (8.5 × 11 in) or A4.
How families use it
- Write it as “who · what · when”. “Mia · soccer · 5:30” tells everyone who needs a ride and when to leave.
- Do a five-minute Sunday check-in. Go through the week together and add practices, appointments, school events and who’s cooking.
- Give each person a color. After printing, a highlighter per family member makes the fridge page readable from across the kitchen.
- Put names on chores. “Trash – Leo” gets done; “trash” waits for whoever notices first.
Week view or month view?
A weekly planner is for the details of the next seven days: rides, meals, homework, chores. For the bigger picture—school breaks, birthdays, trips—hang a month calendar next to it. You can print free monthly family calendars at familycalendarpdf.com and keep this page for the week ahead.
Planning meals too? The weekly meal planner has breakfast, lunch, dinner and a grocery list on one page.
