Free printable PDF
Undated and blank, so you can print it for any week. One page, Letter (8.5 × 11 in) or A4.
Printing tips for a clean page
- Keep the scale at 100% (“Actual size” in Adobe Reader). The planner is already sized to fit one Letter or A4 sheet, so “Fit to page” only makes it smaller.
- Black and white is fine. The lines are a light ink blue that prints as soft gray, so the page stays readable without color.
- Portrait for a binder, landscape for a desk or fridge. Portrait gives each day a taller box; landscape puts the whole week side by side.
- Print a few at once. The blank PDF has no dates, so the same file works for any week of the year—write the dates next to “Week of”.
How to use the habit tracker
Pick up to four small habits you want to repeat this week—“walk 20 minutes”, “no phone after 10 pm”, “read 10 pages”. Tick the box under each day you did it. On Sunday, look at the row: a habit with mostly empty boxes is usually too big, so make it smaller for next week instead of dropping it.
The Top 3 priorities box works the same way: three outcomes, not thirty tasks. If something has to happen on a specific day, write it in that day’s box as well.
