Free printable PDF
Undated and blank, so you can print it for any week. One page, Letter (8.5 × 11 in) or A4.
Time blocking in three steps
- Fixed commitments first: work shifts, classes, school pickup, appointments.
- Then your priorities: give each one a real block, such as “Tue 9–11 report draft” or “Thu 6 pm gym”.
- Leave buffers. An empty hour after a long block absorbs the meeting that ran late.
Portrait or landscape?
Landscape gives each day a wider column, which suits this layout best if you write a lot per hour. Portrait leaves taller rows and fits a binder. Both versions print on one Letter or A4 page.
Prefer short lists over time slots? The weekly to-do list or the classic weekly planner may suit you better.
