Undated and blank, so you can print it for any week. One page, Letter (8.5 × 11 in) or A4.
Plan your work week in 10 minutes
- Choose three outcomes for Top 3 priorities—results you could show someone on Friday, not activities.
- Put fixed meetings in first. Then you can see where the open time actually is.
- Book focus blocks for each priority in the day boxes, ideally in the morning before meetings pile up.
- Log follow-ups as “who – what – by when”. “Sam – budget numbers – Wed” is a line you can chase; “budget” is not.
Why a one-page week works
Calendars show where your time goes; they don’t show what matters. A single page with priorities next to the days makes it obvious when a week is full of meetings and empty of real work—early enough to move something.
Many teams refer to weeks by number (“ship in W42”). The current ISO week number is printed at the top of the planner; for any other date, check weeknumber.io.
