How to pick the right template
Lists or hours? If your week is mostly tasks, a list layout like the classic planner or the weekly to-do list is quicker to fill in. If it’s mostly appointments, classes or shifts, use the planner with hours.
Who is it for? The student planner has room for assignments and tests, the work planner for priorities and follow-ups, the family planner for everyone’s activities and a shared shopping list, and the meal planner for breakfast to dinner plus groceries.
Portrait or landscape? Portrait gives each day a taller box and fits a binder or clipboard. Landscape lays the whole week out side by side—good for a desk or the fridge.
Letter or A4? Letter (8.5 × 11 in) is the standard in the US and Canada; A4 (210 × 297 mm) almost everywhere else. Every template comes in both, so the margins come out right on your printer.
Dated or blank? The online planner fills in dates and the week number for you. The PDFs are undated, so one file works for any week.
